Fishing Nets

We are participating in a pioneering project in Costa Rica. We are strategic partners of GloLitter and Proseas, along with ASEPESA and the National Coast Guard Service. We recover abandoned, lost, or discarded fishing gear.

We work with fishing communities

Our collaboration with fishing communities is essential to ensuring proper collection of fishing gear. These communities are key to the process, and their efforts are essential for IPS Recycle to effectively transform these materials. Together, we are working toward a more sustainable future, where environmental responsibility is a priority.

The National Coastguard Service

The Costa Rican National Coast Guard Service plays a fundamental role in protecting our marine resources. Their work includes education, locating and transporting fishing gear, ensuring its responsible handling. They also work in collaboration with IPS Recycle to process these materials, thus contributing to environmental sustainability and conservation. Their dedication exemplifies their commitment to nature and the community.

At IPS Recycle

IPS Recycle converts fishing gear into sheets and products made from 100% recycled plastic, helping to close the loop in the circular economy. Our commitment to the environment is evident at every stage of the process, ensuring that the recovered plastic has a new life and function. Together, we build a more sustainable future.
